This is your opportunity to join Babcock International providing administrative support working alongside the Service Delivery Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the service requirements.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a discreet and confident individual with the ability to manage sensitive conversations with complete confidentiality.
What will you be doing?
As a Service Delivery Administrator part of your role will be to engage with other departments to chase managers, filing information, organising meetings.
Your other duties will include:
• Making decisions in the absence of the Service Delivery Manager
• Carrying out purchasing function; managing demands and suppliers using management information systems (SAP and IFS)
• Working collaboratively with other departments to manage the Portable Appliance Testing scheduling
• Managing the Shred-It collection of on-site waste, escort the Shred-It contractors across site
• Providing weekly assurance to the Service Delivery Manger that contract deliverables have been met
• Coordinating all Health Surveillance provision for the RSME Contract across multiple sites
• Booking all hotel requests for key staff
The experience you'll bring
• You must hold or have the ability to obtain SC and BPSS security clearance
• Strong IT skills - Excel would be a benefit
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (including Maths & English)
• SAP experience beneficial although not essential as training can be provided
• Full UK Driving License required - due to location of Minley and potential requirements to support other department or work in Chatham
