Your new company
You will be joining a medium not for profit organisation based in Epsom.

Your new role
As a senior member of the finance team and part of the Leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, review and analysis the monthly management accounts, full control of accruals and prepayments, full control over purchase ledger (managing a Purchase Ledger Clerk), manage cash flow, detailed monthly analysis on costs and expenditures, nominal ledger maintenance, budgets and forecasting and business partner with stakeholders. You will also get involved in analysis; looking at trends, risk and opportunity alongside system improvement and process change. This is a very broad role with plenty of opportunity!

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification, you should have broad experience in a finance function within be a confident, positive and proactive leader. You should have excellent communication skills and be prepared to suggest ideas to improve process and the wider business. A collaborative, positive approach is essential for success!
