A renowned high-end Residential Developer based in Farnham is searching for a Contracts Manager to join their team. They are recruiting due to a high volume of project wins and a long period of sustained growth and are keen to speak with candidates who would like to progress their career.

The company has built up a fantastic reputation for building sustainable and exceptionally high-quality residential dwellings across Hampshire, Surrey and London. These sites range from small to medium sized exclusive developments including houses and RC Frame apartments with each development being made up of beautiful bespoke homes which are tailored to the end user.

The Role:

You will be responsible for Motivating, supporting and managing Site Managers. Provide training, coaching, appraisal and support as required to improve their performance.

Control site preliminary costs in accordance with budget.

Plan and programme work methods and build sequence on sites under his/her control.

To be a positive and inspirational leader who actively engages with his workforce to enhance the productivity of the project.

Leading a package of works, with a fully integrated and dynamic relationship between design, construction and commercial activities.

Demonstrate a positive 'can-do' attitude at all times whilst understanding the impact of decisions on all aspects of the project.

The Person

Have current experience as Contracts Manager or a Senior Manager managing multiple contracts.

Have experience working within a house building developer.

Have a strong track record in delivering projects.

Have excellent customer and business communication skills.

Experience managing Project Managers and Senior Site Managers

Have 5 - 7 years minimum experience of managing small to medium developments, along with experience in the management of Health & Safety, and the design and procurement processes.

You will have strong experience of working closely with customers offering excellent customer care while representing the brand and be familiar with the requirements of the NHBC.
