Job description

The starting salary for this role is £31,273 per annum for a 36 hour working week.

Are you looking for an opportunity to build on your existing strong financial analysis and forecasting skills, in a varied role?

We have an opportunity for a 12 month fixed term contract / secondment opportunity as a Resource Advisor. In this role you will be part of a small team providing finance and business support to the managers and support staff in our in-house residential, supported living and reablement services. Although the post is based in Leatherhead, the majority of time will be spent based in the various services or working agilely, so you must be willing and able to travel across the county. The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Monitoring and reporting on budgets in line with procedures
  • Providing advice, guidance and support to staff in the services on finance and business functions
  • Ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to including auditing cash accounts
  • Recording and maintaining accurate, timely data to support decision making
  • Ensuring goods and services are procured in line with policy
