**NEW OPPORTUNITY** **FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER REQUIRED** **EXCELLENT BENEFITS**
£28,000 per annum working 40 hrs per week

Are you a driven confident positive individual who has excellent customer service skills ? If so, we have a new and exciting role to work in a state of the art hospitality setting in the beautiful location of Surrey. You will report to the Hotel Manager and be required to lead and coordinate all Front Office areas of the establishment
for the day to day and night operations.

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • To ensure that a consistently high level of customer care is always delivered
  • To ensure all guests requests and preferences are logged and acted upon to drive guest satisfaction
  • To manage guest's complaints and to take the appropriate action
  • To ensure high quality communication is in place
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Qualifications:
  • Diploma level or equivalent
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience as Front Office Manager/Head Receptionist
  • Demonstrable customer service excellence
  • Demonstrable leadership skills
