Medsolve are working with a high profile client that specialise in Podiatry care. This luxurious clinics is situated in Guildford and the perfect candidate will be dealing with high profile clients, providing the highest quality of service.

*Accountabilities: *

1. To provide a high standard podiatry service undertaking all aspects of clinical duties, ensuring customers have an excellent treatment experience and brand journey. Delivering treatments and ensuring that foot clinics runs according to highest company standards and adhere to podiatrist regulations and best practices.

2. To perform a wide range of podiatry treatments including but not limited to biomechanics, cryotherapy, laser nail treatments, lower laser therapy, taping, nail surgery, foot acupuncture, foot manipulation and mobilization. Being responsible of the treatments' outcome and ensure a satisfactory experience for the patients (the following up test such as pathologies, orthotics delivered on time, etc...)

3. To promote the full range of products within the clinics, with deep knowledge of the products to be able to share and cascade this knowledge to all members of staff, patients or clients and meet the targets established. 4. Be accountable and support the maintenance of clinic supplies, stock ordering, stock taking, stock control and liaison with external partners (laboratories, referrals, etc...) and report when necessary.

5. To deal effectively with complaints, ensuring that these are dealt accordingly to the procedures and escalated when necessary.

6. To work closely with the podiatry team to implement new procedures and protocols regarding health, safety, hygiene, clinical standards and treatment protocols across the different clinics, proposing and recommending improvements in all areas of the podiatry clinics.

7. To assist and attend training sessions when asked and to identify development needs to promote continuous development of company staff.

8. Act as an ambassador and undertake representation duties as required on behalf of the company to events, press, clients and other bodies.

9. Undertake any other duties defined by time. *Person Specification*

Education and Experience Essential

* Podiatry degree registered with the HCPC and College of Podiatry or SMAE registered.
* Proven experience as a Podiatrist.
* Proven experience in private clinics with strong focus of exceptional customer service
* Experience working with clinics software.
* Strong business acumen
* Training in foot related areas (acupuncture, laser, foot manipulation, biomechanics etc...)

*Benefits*

* CPD allowance of £1.000 to be used over a 2 year period on any courses of interest which offer Podiatry CPD approved points.
* Any extra days worked by the employee (to cover extra demand, holiday periods or sick days) beyond the contractual terms (when there have not been any sick days taken within the month) will be paid at 1.5 day rate. These will need to be authorised in advance
* £100 "Saturday Supplement "for all Saturday's worked by employed Podiatrists who are working a minimum of 3 days a week.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
