Our client is currently looking for a Recruitment Brand and Attraction Manager to play a pivotal role in helping them to deliver this as part of an ambitious Resourcing strategy.
Reporting to the Talent and Resourcing Director you will provide specialist expertise to develop a recruitment brand and attraction strategy for the organisation that delivers on business resourcing requirements, with a significant focus on their objective to attract more diverse candidate pools from known and also new sectors.
This is an exciting time to join an established team looking to make a step change in their attraction and recruitment to deliver on their volume recruitment requirements in new and creative ways.
Some of your key accountabilities as our Recruitment Brand and Attraction Manager will be to:
Research and develop a recruitment brand and attraction strategy advising on and recommending multi-channel sources to promote the organisation as an inclusive employer and attract a diverse range of quality candidates
Explore, identify and recommend new markets and sectors that the organisation can tap into to attract quality candidates with transferable skills and behaviours
Carry out thorough market mapping for selected roles across the organisation and a range of disciplines to identify potential candidates for key roles, linked to current resourcing needs and future forecasts
Collaborate in developing the website careers pages, social media and the candidate experience to attract and engage pools of suitable candidates, ensuring the organisation is promoted as an inclusive employer
They are looking for this role to bring specialist expertise in this area. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager this role will develop and deliver a range of activities and recommendations for the attraction of diverse candidates while promoting the employer brand, enabling the recruitment team to attract and engage the best candidates.

To be successful in this role you must be passionate about inclusion and diversity with excellent knowledge and experience to inform the development of an employer brand and attraction strategy. The ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, engage and motivate others is also key, along with an interest in analysing data to inform decision making and strategy development.
This is initially a 12-month fixed term contract but has a strong possibility on going permanent thereafter.
