Job description

This role leads Kew's learning and development and supports the delivery our People and Culture strategy. Supporting culture change, staff engagement, performance management, learning and development interventions and various projects that impact right across the organisation and effect meaningful change.

This is a great time to join Kew to help shape and implement the next phase of our People and Culture strategy.

You will have proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of developing and implementing learning and development plans and programmes, realising positive outcomes. An excellent communicator, ability to get things done and able to work collaboratively across a complex organisation.
