ICIS part of Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions is hiring an experienced Senior Software Engineer with JavaScript skills to join one of our flagship digital brands in our head office in South London, Sutton Greater London office. You will join a team delivering a number of data rich, highly interactive applications to customers of one of our most innovative businesses. You will be joining a team of highly capable developers working on enterprise class applications in collaboration with content experts in their field and commercial stakeholders to deliver game changing, market-leading products. The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running, with a proven record of accomplishment in software development.

Skills & Experience

Essential: Solid knowledge HTML5 / CSS3 web standards. Strong Typescript / React / Redux. Strong JavaScript and ES6+ skills. Testing frameworks (Enzyme, Jest and Apollo/React testing) Implement the features and user interfaces of the customer facing & internal systems Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems. Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products. Agile Development (Scrum/Kanban) Strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills Excellent problem-solving skills A real interest and passion for software development and high-quality code Desirable: Node JS .Net core JavaScript frameworks (Angular JS) Amazon Web Services Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery Docker Git/Stash Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technical / IT field The successful candidate will join a dynamic team working in a friendly atmosphere with a focus on quality and a passion for delivering applications that exceed client expectations.
