CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team located in Tadworth, Surrey.

Role Summary:

· Ensure that routine and reactive maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems

· Ensure all work requests are carried out within SLA

· Work closely with manager, supervisor and peers

· Ability to carry out fault diagnosis on electrical equipment

· Respond to Building Management System alarms, escalate and complete emergency repairs as required

· Issue and ensure appropriate controls within the Safe System of Work (Induction, RA MS, Permit to Work etc)

· Ensure that ACOP's applicable to the maintenance industry are followed

· Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant

· Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices

· Ensure that engineering subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments, and site operating processes

· Develop a good working relationship with all members of CBRE staff and client's staff

· Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required

· Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors and always ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted

· Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning

· Ensure logbooks, shift hand-over and the client's reporting is updated regularly and accurately

· Have a flexible attitude to working overtime to cover other engineers holiday leave where required

· Identify and report potential hazards

Experience Required:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Confidant within multi skilled disciplines (Mech, Elec, Fabric etc)

· Experience of critical environment facilities maintenance, but not limited to, BMS operation, testing of electrical systems, mechanical repairs and maintenance

· Comprehensive electrical experience, undertaking reactive and planned preventative maintenance

· Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations

· Good computer skills are a necessity with ability to demonstrate a good use of excel, word and outlook

· Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service

· Calm manner, able to work under pressure

· Sound knowledge and experience of Environmental, Health & Safety and regulatory requirements

· Organisational and planning skills; manage multiple priorities simultaneously

· Ability to work to own initiative and as part of a team with minimal supervision
