This advanced professional level role is an excellent opportunity to join our growing partner team at Worldpay, and drive partner strategy for the gaming vertical. As an expert in the Gaming field, you will act as the global lead for all gaming partners, increasing partner engagement through regular meetings, hospitality, and events.About the team:The Global Vertical Partner team is strategically focused and responsible for client relationship growth, management and delivery. Our team serves as the primary contact and client liaison delivering solutions for vertical partners, whether it is an IT solution, or a business process outsourced solution and regardless of the client's geographic location.What you will be doing:Drive partner strategy for the gaming verticalAct as the global lead for all gaming partners, increasing partner engagement through regular meetings, hospitality, and eventsAssigned to large, complex, high-visibility, strategic or tactically important accounts.Responsible for selling the company's products or services while developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accountsIdentifies and develops key account alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities.Recruits, develops and manages strategic partner alliances/partnerships and opportunity pipelines.Ensures the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of accounts.Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships.Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to management.Works toward mutual goals, strategies and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance to senior leaders.Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships.Monitors programs to assess the sales impact of offered solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance.Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.Excellent knowledge of the field with strong leadership skillsWhat you will need:Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or equivalent work experience.You will have worked within the gaming industry for a minimum of 2 years and have a thorough understanding of the sector and viewed as an expert in the field.Expert level knowledge of company products and services and may be tasked with introducing new products.Is distinguished by additional specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth, as well as record of success in sales.Payment, gaming, and gambling experience: IGT, DevCode, and Microgaming is highly desired.Solid understanding of and experience with partnership relationship managementAbility to travel 25% to 40% after COVID restrictions liftExcellent and professional oral, written and video meeting skillsAdded bonus if you have:Flexibility, versatility, dependabilityResource and proactive qualities in gathering information and sharing ideasPersonal banking experience preferredWhat we offer you:A career at FIS is more than just a job.
