A HR Admin job in Weybridge, paying up to £33k supporting a global technology brand

Your new company

Your new role
You will be a HR Administrator who helps devise, create, and administer policies. You will also become an expert in the HR system and take responsibility for creating and updating key HR data reports. There will also be a lot of opportunities to get involved in other projects aside from your day to day activities!

Your duties will include

* Administration of internal HR Information System (HRIS), including Learning Management System (LMS)
* Organising and maintaining employee records (digital and paper), such as Starter and Leaver Checklists
* Assisting with preparation of Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment
* Create regular management reports regarding key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, productivity, compensation and benefits
* Assist in payroll management, compensation and benefits administration
* Provide admin support for relocation and visa processes
* Preparing general / ad hoc letters, i.e. reference request letters, and confirmation of employment letters
* Personnel file management
* Provide advice and support in response to basic HR queries from employees
* Liaise with partners both internally and externally to ensure smooth running of the department
* Managing invoice payments and system log.
* Maintaining the organisation charts on a monthly basis.
* Checking post and screening information on a daily basis
* There will also be the opportunity to participate in HR projects, as and when required

What you'll need to succeed

* Have 2 to 3 years' experience in HR Administrator / HR-support roles
* Be highly proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel - including pivot tables and v-look ups)
* Be numerical and have good reporting skills
* Experience with supporting 3rd party agencies with visa processes
* Have a great attention to detail and organisation skills
* Be a fast learner, capable of working in fast-changing and high pressurised environment

* Have knowledge of payroll, employee benefits programs, employment law, recruitment
* Have basic accounting knowledge
* Be experienced in using Oracle-based HR systems
