The People Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering a best in-class HR service to support colleagues and line managers to achieve the expertise and knowledge for the organisation
You will be working closely with the HR People Services Team Manager ensuring alignment between People Strategy, operational delivery and service expectations are met.
Your main focus is to manage the employee life cycle, from recruitment to on-boarding to leavers. You will be keeping each party involved updated on the progress made whilst conducting a highly professional and confidential service to the client group - internal and external, with customer service at the heart of everything you do.
This role requires an exceptional attention to detail and a strong customer orientation and with the support and training of systems used on a daily basis, you should have a good track record of accurate and timely administration. This is a busy operational role with its challenges and you should have an ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a level head when under pressure.
Our client is also looking for someone who is forward thinking and has the ability to problem solve effectively and who enjoys the opportunity to use their initiative. Similarly, as a team player, you will collaborate with other team members to effectively prioritise work and meet deadlines together, to deliver successfully a lasting results for our client group.
Undoubtedly this will be coupled with confident communications skills, verbal and written, that have been put to good use when handling high volumes of email and telephone queries, within our clients SLA. Alongside the day-to-day operation you will have the opportunity to get involved with ongoing HR projects\/initiatives and your contribution to the delivery of the HR Delivery Team vision will shine through becoming a centre of expertise.

About you
Some previous experience in Human Resources or recruitment
Achieved or studying towards relevant CIPD qualification
Experience of working and influencing people managers on people related issues
