Live in carers- Guildford and Woking area
Home Instead Senior Care have introduced Living-in care to our bespoke services we offer to our clients and as such, are looking for a resource pool of Live-in carers who are prepared to work a minimum of a two week placement in and around the Guildford and Woking area.
Home Instead Senior Care Live-in carers will provide one-one / individuals care for our clients who need regular daily additional support and assistance in day-to-day life.
This could include, but not limited to:
Personal care- washing, bathing, dressing and toileting

  • Light housework- laundry, ironing, shopping, hoovering, meal preparations
  • Support with overall well-being and independency
  • Assisting / prompting medication
  • Companionship
  • Accompanying to appointments / social activities
  • Supporting complex needs
  • End of life care
  • Palliative care
While on placement you will receive £700 per week (supplement for couples,) three meals a day or £35 a week food allowance, you will have your own room, daily support calls, provided with reasonable travel expenses of up to £50 towards for your onboarding session and for when you leave your placement and return home, free onboarding sessions with additional iCloud training modules.
Ideally you will have 1 years' experience as a live-in carer, drivers with own car (Business cover insurance required) desirable but not essential business car insurance, an update service DBS ( DBS application will need to be completed if not.)
What we ask of you:
  • Excellent level of English - spoken and written
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in Live-in care
  • Ability to work a minimum of 2-week placements
  • Drivers with own car (Business cover insurance) desirable but not essential
