The fate of our planet is not a done deal. At WWF we are determined to save it by finding solutions to the greatest environmental problems facing our planet. To get there we need to engage a wide range of influential and high value audiences who can support financially, open doors and influence others. This is where your expertise as a Special Events Project Manager come in. We want you to develop and deliver a comprehensive and varied programme of tailored events designed to engage and retain our high value supporters in support of our new and ambitious strategy and Growing Support goal.
Working with a cross-organisational stakeholder team, you will play a vital role in helping to create a world class supporter experience. One that will enable us to grow our high-value income and engagement at the highest levels. We will look to you to drive the development and design of both landmark and private events as part of a wider engagement strategy to support our strategic and fundraising goals. Following clear and robust processes, you will deliver a collection of events across the year. This will involve project planning, resource management, overseeing communication outputs and much more. From controlling budgets to managing supplier partners and evaluating event success you will play a key role in our work to save our world. Important too will be the ability to ensure event processes are compliant in line with legal requirements and that best practice is maximised across your portfolio.
An effective project manager with experience of managing event logistics, you will excel at delivering a variety of creative and engaging events. You will be used to producing marketing collateral and content and working with senior and busy people. You will also demonstrate the ability to deliver multiple projects, work at pace and resolve problems. You will possess strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills too.
If you have the expertise to grow our high-value income and engagement at the highest levels, we would love to hear from you. Please visit our website to complete the online registration and submit a copy of your up to date CV and complete the Supporting Statement highlighting what makes you the perfect fit for the role and what sets you apart from the competition.
