Lead Case Manager

Location: HMP Ford, Arundel BN18 0BX

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £24,000 per annum

About the role:

To support the existing CFO3 case manager overseeing all participant support interventions. Assisting the Service Manager to Monitor, manage and reporting on individual & site performance targets for HMP Ford on a weekly and monthly basis. Working closely with the Service Manager to identify performance improvement actions and best practice at individual and site level. Monitoring data flow, information sharing protocols and accurate recording of referrals and cohort data. Ensuring the Case Manager adopts a multi-agency approach, working with a range of statutory and non-statutory partners including Community Rehabilitation Companies, National Probation Service, Youth Offending Services, and voluntary agencies to break down participant barriers to progression. You will also manage an individual caseload at your designated prison and deputise for the senior Case Manager as and when needed for contract meetings.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable capacity to coordinate a broad service, as well as experience and understanding of working with prisoners in a challenging multi-agency environment on a highly targeted payment by results contract. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload. You will have the ability to contribute to planning and development of our client's work and have knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice.

Furthermore, you will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in build partnerships with a range of agencies.
