The Role

Here at New Priory Vets we are looking for an innovative Clinical Director to join and lead our team. The role will involve managing and lead the Practice(s), ensuring high standards of care and service are provided to patients and clients, to improve the sustainable profitability of the practice and the motivation of the staff in accordance to New Priory's core values. The role will involve working 40 hours across a 5 day week, with flexibility.

Competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience.

About Us

We are an RCVS accredited practice located in Brighton, a vibrant city close to the rolling Sussex hills for the best of both city and country living, with genuinely friendly, approachable managers and directors. We have excellent working relationships with our member practices, and we have a policy of not transferring inpatients back and forth to Member Practices - they stay with us until they're ready to be treated as outpatients. We maintain high clinical standards with extensive point of care diagnostics available to facilitate this and offer an interesting, varied caseload with lovely, committed clients who want the best for their pets. There is access to a wide range of equipment including CT, laparoscopy and extensive in-house blood tests.

Here at New Priory Vets you will have support overnight from a fantastic team of night RVNs and ANAs, as well as on-site Specialists and Advanced Practitioners in cardiorespiratory medicine, imaging, ECC and endoscopy. We have an embedded culture of support and encouragement amongst the team which has created a real family like culture in practice.

Our team is very important to us, so we are seeking a team player with excellent communication skills. This role would suit a confident Veterinary professional with experience of leading a team.
