Albion in the Community have an exciting opportunity for a Fundraising Manager (Maternity Cover) to join the team.

Location: American Express Community Stadium, Brighton

Salary: dependent on skills and experience

Hours:Full or part time hours considered (minimum 3 days per week) requiring some flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to support fundraising events and initiatives.

Job Type: Fix term, 12 month (maternity cover)

Fundraising Manager (Maternity Cover) - The Role:

AITC are recruiting for a Fundraising Manager to come and join the team. The position will play a crucial role in developing Albion in the Community's fundraising activities including oversight of a programme of events, individual giving, corporate partnerships and community fundraising.

Fundraising Manager (Maternity Cover) - Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the management and development of the fundraising strategy, helping AITC to embrace financial support and donations through partnerships, events, and individual giving in order to grow income long term alongside the Head of Marketing & Income Generation

- Ensure existing donors are stewarded in an exemplary fashion, receiving timely and evidence-based reports about the projects and activities they are supporting and maintaining regular contact

- Responsible for the development of the new individual giving programme targeted at fans of the club that creates a growing community of committed regular donors

Fundraising Manager (Maternity Cover) - You:

- A dynamic and confident candidate who can manage existing fundraising initiatives and identify new opportunities to match our ambitious plans for growing our fundraised income

- The post-holder must have a significant knowledge of a wide range of fundraising practices including regular giving programmes, mass participation events, corporate partnerships, legacy giving and major gifts
