Job description

Office Move Project Manager

Full-time (to start January 2022)

Fixed-term for 7 months

£35,000- 40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the move to a new office headquarters for our organisation, leading the programme of work before the move, as well as the actual move and then ensuring that staff settle into the new space. You will also need to support the project board to continue to transform Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival's workstyle culture to a hybrid, paperless and more efficient model of working.

You will have demonstrable experience of similar types of moves and office fit outs involving designing and embedding hybrid working spaces/practices and practical implementation, together with substantial experience of successfully applying a project management methodology to plan, manage and deliver large-scale, complex projects. You will also need the ability to assimilate information quickly and present data in an easily understood manner, excellent interpersonal skills, a health & safety qualification, experience of managing change, the ability to influence others and to work on your own initiative to resolve issues.
