Here at the Caravan and Motorhome Club, we are now looking for six Contact Centre Agents to join us. As one of our Contact Centre Agents, you will promote and sell a range of Club services and products relating to Membership, Caravan Cover, Travel and UK sites, ensuring compliance with all standards. You will do this by taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, email, WebChat and social media if required.You will also provide a high level of customer advice and information to our members and potential members and escalate calls as necessary, to ensure first time resolution wherever possible.About youSo, if you have previous experience of delivering a high standard of customer service/care, gained within a busy call/contact centre environment, then we would be delighted to hear from you!We ask that you have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to demonstrate a confident, empathetic approach to customer service including investigation, negotiation and product promotion via a variety of channels. Knowledge of Google Workspace would be an advantage, however, this is by no means essential.Additional infoAlthough this role is based in East Grinstead, it will be a mixture of home / office working. We anticipate 3 days will be spent working in the office and 2 working from home.We are looking at a start date of 17th January 2022.
