Ecologist Consultant - Eastbourne (Award Winning + excellent CPD training package)

My client, a market leading and Award Winning multidisciplinary Ecological Consultancy is seeking a talented Consutlant Ecologist to join the team in Eastbourne.

The successful candidate will be friendly and hardworking and will work with a variety of small and large scale clients and projects which make for an interesting portfolio. This excellent opportunity offers a balance of field and office (in Eastbourne) work where you will collaborate amongst a supportive team across the county. My client also promotes professonal development with generous industry leading CPD trainign budgets.

The Role:

You will have project management and field experience, with the majority of the work being completed in the local area.

The successful candidate will:

Have at least one or working towards a Protected Species Licence.
Have experience project managing.
Have experience writing high-quality reports including Preliminary Ecological Appraisals.
Complete protected species work (including Bat, Newt, Barn Owl, Badger etc).
Develop appropriate mitigation and ECIA reports.
Ideally have CIEEM membership.
Effectively and safely implement environmental surveys.
Be comfortable dealing with clients.Key Skills:

The successful candidate will:

Hold a degree in a relevant discipline.
Have good experience in project managing.
