Financial Transaction Processor

Your new company
My client is looking for two temporary Financial Transaction Processors to join us f or 3 months to support our existing team with high levels of activity due to COVID-19. This i s an exciting
temporary position to work f or the largest animal welfare charity i n England and Wales.

Your new role
\u25CF Processing income, requisitions, purchase orders, purchase invoices, credit notes,
expenses and sales orders and invoices
\u25CF Ensuring t here i s a clear record of financial transactions
\u25CF Responding t o queries from internal customers
\u25CF Identifying, correcting or referring any errors or accounting discrepancies
\u25CF Providing cost and revenue information i n t he required formats t o t he relevant
people
\u25CF Supporting any ad-hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed
\u25CF A-Level qualification i n Maths and English or equivalent
\u25CF Experience of working i n a transaction processing f unction
\u25CF Customer service experience
\u25CF Computer processing skills (G-Suite knowledge desirable)
\u25CF Sage experience (desirable)
