Job IntroductionIn a NutshellWe are actively seeking a Night Porter who will be responsible for the Hotel, the guests and the operation during the night period and to ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.Main ResponsibilitiesLots to do but lots of funThe Night Porter will be responsible for;The Hotel and its residents during the shiftMaintaining and enhancing luxury standards at all timesRunning and balancing the Night Audit processNight bar and Room ServiceRunning all emergency evacuations and procedures as per the standardsAnswering any guest queries or questionsSecurity of the property and the guestsAnswering switchboardChecking guests in and out of the hotelAdhering to all health and safety regulationsMaintaining standards of Cleanliness within the hotelReporting of any maintenance faultsDemonstrate good attention to detailThe Ideal CandidateAre you right for us?You will have...Outstanding customer service skillsPrevious experience in a similar operationExcellent customer service techniquesA responsible and detail oriented approach to tasksAbility to work aloneTo have a great personality and be genuine, approachable and attentive.Excellent spoken English.Computer skills.Positive attitudeAbout The CompanyAre we right for you?We expect a lot but we'll give a lot to get the right people.
