Academics are currently working with a number of secondary schools in North and North East Lincolnshire and surrounding areas that require regular cover for an array of subjects at short notice. A lot of the schools have requirements all year round and as a result we require a Supply Teachers who are comfortable working in different environments on a flexile basis. As Supply Teachers you could be required to step in for an absent Teacher covering an already planned and prepared lesson and have no extra added responisbilities.

If you have good behaviour management and are able to build relationships with students quickly you will have the opportunity to get regular work in the schools as they usually request the smae people back time and time again for continuity. Working on a flexible basis as Supply Teachers gives you the opportunity to try new schools and make yourself available for Long Term cover roles and internal vacancies.
