Do you want to support pupils with their learning and personal development?

We are looking to recruit a highly-motivated and innovative Higher Level Teaching Assistants for temporary, short and long-term contracts.

The role will be to provide support for pupils' learning throughout the school, by facilitating group activities and working with children in classes, including covering classes, as required.

You Will Need

• Confident and clear communication with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues

• To be well-organised resourceful and flexible, and able to think on their feet

• Have an clear understanding of how children learn and how to adapt tasks to suit their needs

• Have a good grasp of basic skills required for learning

• Experience of establishing positive relationships with students and the ability to empathise with their needs
