We currently have opportunities for Residential Youth Support Workers to work in Lansdowne Secure Children's Home, based in Hailsham.

Now, our dedicated team needs the kind of experienced youth support or childcare workers who can deliver high-quality care to meet our residents' needs.

You'll be passionate about making a difference in young lives. You'll understand trauma and have the resilience to deal with challenging behaviour.

Crucially, you'll have a nurturing approach with the ability to listen and act on behalf of the child.

Earnings are based on a combination of day, afternoon and evening shifts with every second weekend off.
