*CARERS/ PERSONAL ASSISTANTS **REQUIRED IN THE WORTHING AREA*

*WORKING 12 HOUR DAY AND 12 HOUR NIGHTS ON A ROTA BASIS *

*£11.20 per hour days*

*£11.70 waking nights*

*The Role: *

This is a unique and exciting opportunity described in more detail by our client as follows:

_I am a young woman who's recently obtained a 1st class degree in English Literature. I usually enjoy a fun and active social life (when the world is a little more normal) including going to concerts, shopping, the theatre, evenings out with friends, and I also love to travel. _

_I am currently in full time employment working from home (due to covid) as a Marketing Executive._

_I need assistance in all aspects of my life to help me reach my goals and enjoy life. I need help with all my personal care needs and medical aspects of my disability, but I consider this a secondary part of the role and all training will be provided. _

*About You: *

* You must be flexible, adaptable to any situation, self-motivated, reliability is really important and you need to able to follow instructions.
* A sense of humour and fun-loving outlook on life is a must.
* A Full Clean Manual driving licence is essential.
* Previous experience in the care sector would be advantageous but not essential as full specialist training will be given.

*Shift Pattern: *

* 12 hour day shifts and 12 hour waking night shifts
* Ability to work both day & nights shifts and willing to go on holiday/trips away.
* Part Time team members are required to work a minimum of 24 hours per week
* You will be working within a small team providing care and support all year round, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Flexibility and ability to cover for others in the team is essential to the role.

Working in 1 location - the client's own home (so, no travelling between clients).
