Excellent, flexible opportunity.....Supporting the Financial Controller on a part time basis you will be an authority on Purchase Ledger! Your Duties will include the following;

* Entering supplier invoices onto the ERP system and matching of GRN's
* Liaising with various departments in the organisation to ensure resolution of supplier queries
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Answering and dealing with telephone calls in a professional manner
* Filing and archiving of supplier invoices.

This role would ideally be across 4 days..... 4\/5 hours per day but could be split across 3 or 5 days to suit the individual and the business. This role is office based.
