Food Hygiene Operative - Nights (£10.25)

What you'll be doing*Our shift pattern is* *working any* *5 out of 7* *days* *- 22:00pm - 6:00am*
In this role, you will undertake hygiene tasks including the cleaning of equipment within production areas to the required hygiene standard. Duties will include:

* Carry out day to day disassembling and assembling of production machinery to enable the hygiene team to carry out cleaning.
* Review equipment and highlight damage, escalating risks to the appropriate personnel
* Ensure that chemicals are used and stored correctly
* Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to the correct personnel
* Follow work instructions highlighting any issues to the Hygiene Manager
* Carry out hygiene activities when needed in line with daily requirements ensuring operational integrity
* Promote a good health, safety and environmental culture within the department
* Identify and highlight any opportunities that make sustainable improvements to increase quality, performance in support of the overall shift plan
