Accounts payable \/ senior ledger clerk

Your new company
Hays currently working on an exclusive basis with a manufacturing company looking for a senior ledger clerk to join the well established team.
Salary = \u00A324,000 for 32 hours per week - Mon- Thu 8:00 to 15:15, Fri 8:00 to 13:00

Your new role -

* Processing Supplier invoices onto Sage accounting software for a number of group entities.
* Matching Supplier invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders for a number of group entities.
* Process employee expenses onto accounting software.
* Supplier statement reconciliations.
* Supplier and employee expenses payments.
* Post and reconcile supplier payments on ERP system ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled on a month basis.
* Main point of contact for supplier queries.
* Maintain Cashbooks ensuring all payments and customer receipts are recorded.
* Management of foreign petty cash and GBP petty cash.
* Assisting with ad hoc duties in the team.
