Job description Pertemps are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join one of the largest utilities company in the Midlands. We are offering a temp to perm opportunity starting on the 6th December 2021 with an excellent pay rate of £10.09 per hour!
About the role
There will be an initial training programme from 6-10/12, where you will be prepared to take calls from customers about water queries. There is a key focus on resolving issues with a positive outcome, ensuring a helpful and accurate service is being provided. The hours during the training period will be 8-4 Monday to Friday
Please note: shift will be on an 8 week rotation between the hours of 06:30 and 22:00, and will involve working 1 in 2 weekends.
About you
You will have previous experience of working in a people focused environment, whether this has been within the retail, hospitality or sales industries
You will be a good listener, enjoy talking to people and have great attention to detail
You will have a 'can do', positive attitude and will relish solving problems
You will be computer literate, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly

Hours: 37 hours per week, this role will require you to take part in a shift pattern between the hours of 06:30 and 22:00, and will involve working 1 in 2 weekends.
Rate: £10.09/hr
