We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is methodical in approach and always strives for continuous improvement. Although focusing on Dataflows the individual will have a clear understanding of customers' journey from end to end to identify opportunities to ensure data is travelling between all necessary agents.

Being part of the Industry Operations area of the business you will be working with, and alongside, ET, Settlements and Reads. You will also, at times, liaise with our Revenue Assurance, Billing, Disputes, Onboarding and Technical teams to ensure the end-to-end processes are adhered to.

To be successful in this role you will be comfortable taking a logical and analytical approach to understand a unique set of problems. You will also support the Dataflows Manager in the day-to-day and strategic direction of Dataflows as a business critical team

Your part in the team

Applying a methodical approach and always striving for continuous improvement individual will be executing the current Dataflows processes and adhering to defined industry rules

Individual will identify, communicate and endeavour to resolve gaps in Dataflows processes. Further ensuring that processes are documented including detailed working documents for staff to follow;

Analyse large data sets to identify gaps, mismatches in data

Strong interpersonal skills and a good ability to communicate, including translating complex industry processes to non industry experts

Confident with working direct with all levels of staff across multiple business areas and departments individual will be quick to identify internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and, at times, balance conflicting priorities;

Ensure the workstream portfolios aged profile is kept within business SLAS

Supporting other team members and Dataflows Manager in the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of Dataflows within the business.

Ensure that all processes adhere to all necessary compliance, including GDPR and Goal Zero

What you will need to make the most of the role

In-depth knowledge of Dataflows for Gas and/or Elec

Advanced use of MS Excel (test will be part of the interview process);

Demonstrable ability to work to a high level of accuracy, and able to identify gaps in processes and reporting;

Able to interpret data, identify trends and root cause, identify different courses of actions to consider

Demonstrable ability prioritising and re-prioritising your workload regularly, frequently reacting to unexpected variances in demand;

The ' Nice to haves '

Working knowledge of key industry processes; registrations, disputed reads, loss, COT.
