Job description

HLTA required for a school in Coventry, full time ASAP start.

Your new school
A school in South Coventry would like a HLTA to start immediately until the end of the academic year.

Your new role
Your role will be across all year groups, supporting where required, you will be delivering interventions and leading the class during PPA and management time. You will be required to read from plans and to delivering lessons accordingly, you will need to be able to mark books.

This role is ideal for an NQT who is waiting to start there new role in September, a HLTA who would like flexibility or a teacher who would like to take a step down form full teaching responsibility.
You should be able to manage your time effectively and efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience in a similar role
* HLTA Qualification (or working in a role to that level)
* Experience of a managing classes and delivering lessons
* Good behaviour management
* Time management
* Your DBS to be on the update service (desirable not essential)
