This is your opportunity to join Babcock conducting progress and welfare reviews and to conduct work place based assessments for Engineering and Management based Level 4 NVQ awards.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for an experienced L4 Vocation Learning Advisor with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have a proven track record of influencing skills and have the ability to create relationships quickly.
What will you be doing?
As a Vocational Learning Advisor you will play a key role assisting in guiding the Rail sector delivery grade profile to reach an "Outstanding" grade descriptor;
Your duties will include:
• Ensuring effective and efficient assessment of Level 4 workplace based awards.
• Ensuring effective support to and delivery of other projects with Network Rail
• Ensuring regular reviews of learning take place to enhance the apprentice experience and learning outcomes / achievements
• Delivering on-going IAG regarding qualification requirements
The experience you'll bring
• Must have vocational experience within Rail Engineering
• Must have supervisor/Managerial experience
• Assessor NVQ Qualification would be ideal but not essential
• Education background and a teaching qualification would be an added bonus but not essential
• You must hold or have the ability to obtain DBS and ABL security clearance
