30x FULL TIME, TEMP2PERM POSITIONS AVAILABLE

What we offer:
PERFORMANCE RELATED BONUS OF UPTO £120.00 (PAID MONTHLY) APPLICABLE FROM WEEK 2, IMPROVED OVERTIME RATES MONDAY-SATURDAY, and SUNDAY AT 1.5%

Working Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime paid at 1.2% / 1.5%
Monthly productivity / performance bonus can be earned

The Shifts:
ROTATING DAYS (one week of Mornings & one week of Afternoon)

DAYS SHIFTS:
06:00 - 14:00 (Mon-Fri)
14:00 - 22:30 (Mon-Thurs)
14:00 - 20:00 (Friday)

Role Summary:
Successful applicants will have the potential to work a variety of roles with lots of training provided for each position. They include:

Assembling parts for car seat frames for an award-winning global brand
Automated welding operation processes
Use of some (hand) powered assembly tools
One weeks full / comprehensive training will be provided for successful applicants

The role is crucial to ensure that customers receive their goods undamaged, on time and in full. So, attention to detail and wanting to ensure excellent customer service is essential, ensuring the customer always receives the best possible service.

Pay Rates:
First 12 weeks:

DAYS: £9.91/h

After 12 weeks:

DAYS: £10.01/h
