An excellent opportunity within our specialist manufacturing business for a Process Engineer has arisen. You will join an established and dynamic team which pride themselves in internal promotion and developing staff to the next stage of their career.

The Process Engineer will work within a large Plastic processing facility to ensure continued and effective production on blow moulding machinery as well as injection moulding and automation.

The Process Engineer Role:

- Monitoring Polymer processing Machinery parameters to ensure quality and cost compliance as well as continued production.

- Complete blow moulding machinery tool changes and process set up.

- Audit processes to ensure setting, safety and documentation is all in order.

- Fault find and problem solve blow moulding and injection moulding production issues.

- Assist with new product introduction, establishing production process parameters

The Successful Process Engineer candidate:

- A solid background within polymer processing and understand the fundamentals of Heat, pressure and materials.
- Have some experience within a similar role working with Polymer processes within a production environment.

- This role would best suit someone with Engineering qualifications such as: ONC / HNC / OND / C&G level 3 or Btec level 3

- Will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the fundamentals of Injection moulding, Blow Moulding or similar polymer processing.
- You will be a proactive, confident character willing to work hands on.
