This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, with hybrid working. The Agresso ERP solution is fully embedded within AHDB and covers integrated modules to manage business functions such as Finance, Levy collection, Payroll and Human Resources, and is an essential business tool across the entire. This role therefore has responsibility to lead defined development project streams and new initiatives as well as providing problem-solving support on a day-to-day operational level with a particular focus on the technical elements.Lead new Agresso system development projects having agreed key requirements with the user community - Finance, Levy, Procurement, HR and Payroll and key business contactsLead the development and execution of plans to build, test and implement identified development requirements.Identify areas for process improvement, developing new ways of working to deliver streamlined, efficient business processesIdentify and implement automated reporting solutions providing tangible time and efficiency savingsContribute knowledge, experience and resource to version and milestone upgrades and maintenanceEstablish relationships with key system users, encouraging the adoption and embedding of the Agresso system through training, support and promotionProvide a source of in-depth technical Agresso system knowledge and SQL Server knowledgeManage the ‘systems administration' service for user and rights management within the Agresso systemProvide a support service for key system users – utilising external sources of assistance as requiredSubstantial experience of developing and supporting the Agresso ERP system across recent versions (ideally Agresso Milestone 6/7/X including the latest Agresso Experience Packs).Exposure to and use of key Agresso modules – Common, Financials, Logistics, PCB, Human Resources, Payroll, Systems Administration.Experience of developing Agresso Forms and Workflow, and of developing Agresso Browser, Analyser, ARC and Excelerator reports.Excellent understanding of SQL Server and ability to create SQL scripts along with Agresso database structures.Ability to utilise non-Agresso reporting tools (eg.
