So naturally we need to secure top-notch talent to ensure we continue growing and improving every day.This is where YOU come in!What will I be doing?We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our energetic and dynamic Sales team. Your role will be to support the business, achieve budget with the development and delivery of your assigned welcome calls, Digital Sign Up (DSU) non traders, lapsed traders and credit card prospects. You will be focused and targeted on new business, retention, growth within the small and medium-sized enterprise market by ensuring the highest standards of engagement and new business is achieved. Proactively canvass new business by phone, email and social channels within your designated dataset will be a key focus area. You will be working with your Manager and Territory Executives to develop your skillset. This is a desk-based role and will involve a high level of outbound engagement activity at the highest level to achieve target..Role Responsibilities:You will be responsible for making welcome calls to new customers to encourage trade and to feedback to the business (within CRM) customer satisfaction of their recent experience with the business. You will also encourage new trading clients to review our services on Trust Pilot to help develop a positive reputation but also encourage customer loyalty. Lapsed and non-trader engagement will be paramount to the success of your role, actively promoting and gaining new business revenue from the existing lapsed and non-trader SME client base. Non trading DSU and credit card bookers will be a key focus to generate and help you achieve target by gaining revenue from the signed-up accounts and credit card clients which will ensure a higher level of customer revenue retention.The key skills needed for the role include:Demonstrable experience at proactively hunting for new business leadsDisplays confidence in selling CitySprint services and providing professional quotations to new business prospectsProven success at converting leads to prospects and progresses through the sales stages to successfully winning new accountsProven experience in building successful relationships with all stakeholdersPrevious experience and working knowledge of CRM's (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivation and ambition to succeedThis is a varied and challenging role in a fast-paced, fun and friendly environment.
