So naturally we need to secure top-notch talent to ensure we continue growing and improving every day.This is where YOU come in!What will I be doing?Your role will be to maximise performance and deliver against budget for the business. To take ownership of all associated processes, KPI's and deliverables within the SME day to day function. Ensure that the highest standards are adhered to and in line with the company core values, demonstrating a true customer centric focus by delivering the overall retention and growth targets across your respective team.Role ResponsbilitiesYou will be focused and responsible for delivering against your teams target for new business, retention, portfolio development and appointments set for TMs. You will ensure that your team is appropriately resourced while meeting agreed KPIs and revenue targets, and will act as a support function for your colleagues. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to workflow processes, ensuring that all activity is logged within Salesforce. You will be required to produce analytics for the Account Director and demonstrate adherence to all KPIs.
