Reporting to the Head of In-Field Operations, this role has significant responsibility in supporting the global Field Service function and Small-Scale Technical Services Team's growth strategy, focused on maximizing SED utilisation and cost recovery to meet & exceed KPI targets, in addition to supporting SED functions with business improvement initiatives

What are my responsibilities?

  • Act as the custodian for SED business development opportunities and customer intimacy programme's to support growth of Field Service & Small-Scale Technical Services utilisation and cost recovery.
  • Analyse potential business development opportunities derived from the global FS community, working closely with the appropriate commercial functions to drive through to proposal stage.
  • Provide regular reports to management on potential growth opportunities for FS and Small-Scale Technical Services.
  • Enhance and promote current and future SSTS offerings to support increased utilisation of SED resources and wider business revenue growth.
  • Work closely with SED functions to identify and drive continuous improvement solution implementation, governance, project reviews and communications . Including, but not limited to cost out initiatives, operational efficiencies, process improvements and synergies.
  • Drive current BI initiatives pertaining to Technical Responsiveness, Field Service Reports responsiveness improvement programme to ensure business KPI's are achieved.
  • Support with the full implementation of Polaris digital repository.
  • Contribute to the definition and deployment of SED strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key internal stakeholders in SED, PCC and Regional FS
