MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER - My client. a medium sized West Midlands based building services companyare looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their successful team.

This company has been established for over 13 years, having built up a reputation of reliability and trust with major clients, operating nationally in most sectors of the industry, including retail, education, leisure and the health service.

As the successful Mechanical Project Manager you would be joining their successful and expanding, family run Mechanical & Electrical team. This is a permanent position to work on various contracts in retail, leisure, health sector, office developments and commercial premises within the UK.

You will be a self-motivated individual who must be able to interact with both clients, sub-contractors and suppliers and report to Directors. Ideally you would be qualified to ONC/HNC in building services, be familiar with AutoCAD and have at least 3 to 5 years' post qualification site experience in a mechanical role for commercial jobs with early PM experience for a similar sized company.

The role would require design, estimating and subsequent managing of nationwide projects, from design through to long-term maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems.

Full Driving Licence required as the projects can be anywhere within the UK, with company provided
