Planning Manager
Midlands/ East of England - Home based (Travel as required)
Up to £52,500 per annum
Permanent, Full Time (36.25 hours per week)

Our client is looking to appoint a qualified, or part qualified Town Planner to join their talented and vibrant Land and New Business Team. The role will primarily focus on assisting in securing planning permission, (full and Reserved Matters) and the discharge of the relevant conditions through the development cycle. The role will also involve involvement in land searches and appraisal of new land opportunities.
This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the affordable housing sector. This permanent role is offered with the flexibility to work between 25 to 36.25hr flexible per week basis.
They have significant financial resources in place that underpin their Business Plan to deliver over c.800 new homes per year. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the Land and New Business team, helping us to develop their land pipeline and achieve their vision of improving the lives of their customers.
You will need to be an effective communicator as you progress new land opportunities to achieve their ambitious growth targets. With a keen eye for detail and timescales you will ensure planning applications are achieved in line with agreed programmes in line with Group requirements.
Your career experience will ideally include a proven track record on advising on land acquisition and securing planning permissions, principally on residential developments.
