Job description

We are looking for acommitted and passionate self-starterto become ourHead of Income Developmentat such a significant time!

You will address the funding strategy for existing and new ministry projects, to provide strategic leadership on all income development targets on church partnership, individual partners and personal support.

You will personally manage corporate sponsorship and relations;
fundraising events, strategic relationships and partnerships with other organisations.

Youth for Christ are big on culture;
we know how to work hard but we also play harder! Throughout the year we hold many social activities like team days, summer BBQ, prayer walks, full team meetings, afternoon teas, movie afternoons, conferences, Christmas meal, social nights, table tennis and so much more!

Our cultural activities will vary in this season due to COVID-19, however we have been working on implementing socially distanced activities, whether face to face, over different forms of technology etc.

This will consistently adapt and change as we respond to the changes put into place by the government.

Salary:40,000

Full time:5 days (36.25 hours)

Location:Head Office, Halesowen (Hybrid negotiable)

Holiday + perks:20 days + 3 concessionary days + pension + birthday off + management training

The position is dependent on two suitable references, a DBS check and attendance at regular safeguarding training.
