Service Desk Analyst | 1st/2nd Line Application Support

One of the UK's leading Software Companies is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join a busy and growing team, providing support to their financial services customers and internal users. This is a fantastic position for an IT Support Analyst looking for a role where they can resolve complex 2nd line issues and working with leading bespoke software. Excellent progression is offered for people looking to develop their career within IT.

Location: Solihull. Some remote working available, but with a games room, table tennis, a pool table and free drinks and snacks, you'll WANT to be in the office!
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 + training and development offered to employees & and incredible benefits

Skills - Desirable (but not essential)

  • Customer Service Experience via phone and email
  • Problem solving skills
  • IT support experience
  • Ability to use own initiative to problem solve
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
  • Experience working in a financial services, banking or regulated environment would be beneficial
The Role

You will work in a friendly and passionate team to provide technical support for the entire customer base. You'll assist in the support and realise of market-leading software, ensuring the high quality service their customers know and love.
