Are you an Administrator looking for a new and exciting role with a growing company?

Our client is looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team at a time of growth. So if you have an excellent eye for detail, possess strong decision making skills and an Administrative background this could be the role for you!

Logistics Administrator
Redditch
£9.50 - £11 per hour dependent on experience
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Temporary (7 months minimum with potential permanent opportunity)

Duties:

  • Working on their inhouse system - updating and inputting information
  • Creating daily reports of booked in and dispatched items
  • Ensuring accurate information is on the system in terms of arrival of containers and stock availability.
  • Managing items returns to suppliers and customers
  • Giving feedback on the status of items to the customer
  • Investigating all problems regarding the department's stock
  • Contacting customers through email or phone in regards to their products
  • Creating PO numbers
  • Administrative duties

You should have:
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of administrative skills.
  • MS Office literate, particularly in Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team or individually as required.
  • Logistics experience would be an advantage
