Job description

An independent Insurance brokers is looking for a Part-time Accounts assistant to join their team in Kirkstall

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' general accounts or admin experience in insurance

Scanning purchase invoices/credits etc onto computer system and filing (electronic & paper versions)
Setting up of client finance with in-house Finance Company, Zodiac Finance
Entering purchase invoices and payments onto Sage 50
Learning process of insurer payments
Analysis and reporting of unpaid items to Insurance Companies
Any other relevant ad hoc work such as holiday cover as needed within the department.

This is an office based 3-day a week role

Salary: Up to £17,000 for 3-days

Job type: Permanent, Part-time
