Job description

Our Client is currently seeking a Permanent Administrator for Estate agent in the Barnsley area.

Working Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00

19k a year.

Responsibilities of the Administrator

Answering the telephone
Working front office so dealing with buyers and people who come into the branch
Typing of Sales particulars making sure they are highly professional and then speaking to the Vendors to make sure they are happy with them, and the online photographs
Updating the Company website and also social media
Ordering boards and also sold signs

Requirements of the Administrator

Attention to detail.
Good numeracy skills.
Good accuracy and organisational skills.
Ability to work to target.
PC literate

Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
