Looking for progression in your poultry career? Dream of running your own farm as though it were your own? If you have the knowledge, passion and drive to make it as an Assistant Farm Manager on this family run farm, then we need to hear from you!

This opportunity is for those Assistant Managers out there that have a minimum of 4 years experience and are looking for a real chance to step up, take the reins and lead from the front. With an attractive 3 bed detached home, pets welcome and more than fair employers, this really isn't a role you want to scroll on past.

The farm is owned and run by a family who are looking for an individual who can appreciate this 48000 bird free range egg unit as much as they do. You'll already have experience at an Assistant Manager level and be looking to learn more and achieve higher. Run over 3 sheds, these birds are looked after by a hard grafting team who are invested in their roles, you will over see the staff and ensure that welfare in top priority whilst maximising production.

Your Day to Day:

• Ensuring poultry welfare is never compromised.
• Monitoring of the flock including bird health issues, testing, feed and water consumption, egg numbers and sizes.
• Ensuring that the maintenance of the site it met such as egg collection equipment, ventilation, heating, feed, and water equipment.
• Staff management.
• Ensuring all hygiene rules bio security measured are followed and enforced.
• Accurate record keeping.
