Credit controller

Job description

A digital safeguarding company in South Leeds are looking for an experience Credit controller to join their team.

Some experience in credit control is essential, ideally with a similar customer base of technology channel partners and education institutions, however all backgrounds will be considered.

As a Credit Controller, you will be:

Checking the accuracy of sales invoices prior to them being issued to customers
Following up with customers to ensure that payments are made according to our contracted terms. This will be by telephone and email
Achievement of cash collection targets
Working across the business, ensuring the prompt resolution of customer queries
Maintenance of customer information and credit control notes on our accounting system on a timely basis
Leading weekly credit control meetings and production of appropriate supporting reports such as aged debtors, with full commentary.
Production of cash collection forecasts
Participation in the review and continuous improvement of our quote to cash process to improve information flow across the business, the quality of our sales invoicing and the effectiveness of cash collection
Ad hoc duties as required

This role is a full-time role offering flexible working where you would have to be in the office a minmum of once a week.

Salary: Up to £25,000 dependant on experience
