With the privileged position of working directly for the end user or developer, this consulting engineering practice enjoys being engaged further up the construction food chain and away from purely working for contractors. Current and regular works are often related to the Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Residential and Education sectors.

With this growth in mind, 2 exciting positions have arisen for Mechanical Design Engineers to join the team, both capable of managing a mixture of sized schemes across a wide range of sectors. The ideal candidates will be familiar with a diverse range of buildings and environments, fully able to design complete HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems with a keen eye on energy efficiency and sustainable building design. The first role is very much an office based design role, working in the "engine room" and providing technical support of live projects. The 2nd role is more mobile, visiting sites, conducting surveys and providing design assistance on a national retail framework.

Applications are invited for both positions from confident client facing Intermediate or Senior Building Services Engineers with a high degree of technical ability, looking to push their career forward and take on more responsibility. Excellent career progression is available for Mechanical Design Engineers excelling in their roles, capable to move up the ladder and into specialist Project and/or Design Lead positions. Current software includes industry standard packages including Hevacomp, Amtech, Relux, IES, Revit MEP.

The office is conveniently situated close to the M1 offering excellent motorway links for West, North and South Yorkshire based candidates, with the added advantage of missing busy city centre traffic
